Here below a copy of the report from MRI....
I have been unable to research anything as yet...any thoughts wisdom...on below....
I have been told it can come out which is positive right!!
Report; MRI BRAIN, MRI BRAIN WITH CONTRAST
MRI Brain - axial T1 W SE pre and post gadolinium, T2 W TSE: sagittal T1 W SE: coronal T1 W SE post gadolinium: axial FLAIR.
There is a mass in the superior aspect of the vermis returning a low signal intensity on T1 with a central area of high signal intensity representing haemorrhage.
On T2 - Weighting the mass has inhomogeneous high attenuation pattern with surrounding cytotoxic oedema. On the post contrast study, there is inhomogeneous enhancement of the lesion, delineating a centre that is necrotic.
There is a mass effect, compressing the inferior aspect of the aqueduc and causing dilation of the third, temporal horns of both lateral ventricles including the lateral ventricles.
The rest of the cerebral hemispheres including cerebellum are otherwise normal.
Conclusions:
Superior vermis tumour with inhomogeneous enhancement pattern, causing compression of the inferior aspect of the aqaeduct, with associative obstructive hydrocephalous, most probably representing a high grade glioma.
