Leigh,

What awful news, especially with the holidays so close upon us. I'm hoping Pat is right and it is a minor problem vs. something more serious. Certainly you are back on my prayer list by name, both morning and evening and am sending positive thoughts your direction. Try to keep your mind occupied on other things so the waiting game isn't stealing present moment good times from you; 12/7 will be here before you know it. Big Hugs, Melodie

Thanks for your replies and messages of support..I really appreciate it.

I have been banned from flying so no winter sun this coming week...

I will however meet up with my family in England over the coming days. We leave tomorrow heading for Calais for the ferry over to Dover.

Being close to my family will certainly make me feel safer and at ease.

My doctor has plied me with Alprozolam to calm me for the coming week.

Back on Sunday 6th as Monday 7th I have my 6 monthly CT scans and appointment with Neurologist.

This waiting game is the worse part of the drama...doesn't get any easier.

Now I feel like I have a time bomb in my head adding to the stress.

Apparently it is a dry blood clot...how they know it is dry or fresh I have no idea. My fear is that it will bleed again but they do not seem to be too concerned.

I am told though if my symptoms get worse to head straight to the emergency room...this information just makes me feel calmer right.....

Alprazolam here I come............
