Hi my father was diagnosed woth bladder cancer april 2006. He had some painn months behind and the doctors told im that it was radiation proctitis(prostate cancer 3 years ago) and his pain would go away bout it didnt, he went for some check up and oh surprise you have cancer we dont know where it is because PSA is 0 but there was an 8cm ball in there so he started one chemo for taxotere and he was told that it was a very rare cancer wirh undiffericiated cells first adenocarcinoma and later they told us transitional cell... then we decided to go to Md anderson and they told is they had seen several cases like my fathers not like the other hospital and they noticed some spots in his lungs which the other doctors didnt realize either!!!!! He began chemo and was treated as stage III spots in lungs still not sure, then it was confirmed so we jumped to stage IV. He was to have a pelvic exenteration but doctors found some spots in liver and oh yes cancer so they didnt do the exenteration. Doctor says hell think of something like avastin angiogenesis inhibitor only controls cancer doesnt destroy it.
Has anyone heard of a similar case????? Prognosis not good .. months and now my father isnt eating only ensure so worried about diet, father, everthing. The most important thing is GOD is with us!!! and believe me I still pray for miracles... Please help
