Dear Aimeth,
I am so sorry for your loss. I know you tried so hard to give your husband the best care you could. Although you expected his death, it still must have been a shock.

Take your time, be very gentle with yourself and maybe check with the "Dealing with Grief and Loss" for support and understanding.
My condolences for you and your family.
Take care and a big ((((((((hug))))))))

Aimeth,

You will be in my thoughts and prayers over the next few days...As I told you on the phone, take all of the help that is offered...and ask for it if it isn't...

You did a wonderful job taking care of your husband...it is a beautiful lesson to teach our children compassion at such a young age...it is something they will carry with them always...

Call me anytime day or night.

Dear Group,

First of all I want to thank Karen for posting when I could not and I thank all of you for your kind words and prayers.

Its amazing how just last week I was struggling with the decision of hospice and today I am struggling with the loss of my dearest husband. Everything just went so quick after they found out that the cancer had spread everywhere. And I can't believe he is gone now. We will be having services starting tomorrow and finalizing on Saturday. It gives me some comfort to know that he is not suffering anymore and that he is having peace. He died peacefully and quiet. God knows, and I know you guys do as well, how much he suffered and endured. I will certainly miss him.

So I also pray for all of you as well, God, please give us the strength for all the challenges ahead, and the peace and comfort we all need!

Thank you all,
Aimeth
