My husband is now in Hospital

thanks everyone for all of your kind comments- I see the surgeon on Friday so I hope I can do alittle more now. My friends have been taking me to the dr. and the store and bringing meals to the house. I'm so lucky to have good friends. Alanna

OMG, I'm so sorry about your knee and the suffering your husband is going through.

This is very sad, but thank you for sharing it. This is something I will look out for when my husband goes in for surgery.

Well, I was at the hospital today, Monday to see my husband. He has the severe UTI. Arrived at the hospital around 9am. My husband was complaining about pain and as the hours went on there was more pain. Apparently, his cather was leaking and we were waiting for someone to check on it. I happened to look at his cather and there was hardly any urine in it. Finally, after calling for someone to look at him and getting a urologist to come to the room they took 1300cc of urine out of him. I was so worked up, I broke my knee cap and I'm 30 miles from him. I have to wait to get a ride from my kids to go down, because I can't drive right now. No wonder my husband was in pain, with all of that pressure in his bladder and having to wait all the time for someone to help him. Thanks- I had to vent to someone tonite. Alanna

Alanna, I'm no doctor either, but I'm pretty good at praying and sending good energy. I sincerely hope your husband can find some relief from his pain... and you from the worry.
