Hello Joe,

What I said was that I didn't think he meant to step on any toes. You might feel that he did, in fact, step on yours, but it was totally inadvertent. I don't think he did it on purpose.

Anyway, it's my 51st birthday, and I'm having a nice dinner and a gin-and-tonic. Give Austin a pat on the head for me.

Zach

Well Zach your are a cool dude and like you said "can someone help me with me what I am missing here" that was Mikes first posts and even you have to admit that. Now there were many posts made after that am I correct. Then if you read the post he kinda of gets hammered by his own wife. Then if you read closely he makes 2 posts Zach that he addresses right to me since I have the Indiana Pouch one is it a problem carrying around all the stuff you need for the stoma and the second is how long does it take to drain the urine out of the pouch. Now I am in the process of answering his questions and bingo out of nowhere Gordon comes out and says you might wanna check with D61 he has spent a lot of time researching about the alternatives assuming he means diversions lol. Now I don't feel I am being harsh at all to Gordon at all he obviously did not read my post or really care on what I had to say. Sorry Zach I have to disagree with you on this one and I did tell my dog not to bite him lol. Sounds to me as if Gordon has a hero here D61 ,Zach and once my is set then that's the way I am. Joe

Joe, I think you're being a little harsh with Gordon. I don't think he meant to step on any toes here. Mike's first post asked "Can someone help me with what I'm missing here?" As far as I can tell, Gordon certainly qualifies as "someone"--even though he doesn't have a dog for an avatar like we do.... :)

My one-year followup at USC/Norris is tomorrow at 10am. When Dr. Stein asks me if I'm happy with my neobladder, I'm going to tell him I like it more than my old one. And I kinda sorta half mean it.

Gordon you might wanna learn some manners here my friend or at least pay attention to the posts I was trying to make here. I had my surgery done on 6/20 and prior to that I researched the three main diversions to the T. So who asked you to step in here and tell Mike to ask someone else when his questions were addressed to me. Now I know exactly what I am talking about here because since you are so smart his questions are about the Indiana Pouch and I have one. So I believe here I know what the hell I am talking about and I am very happy with my decision. You know I am an ez going guy on this board and most people that know me know this so the post you made whether you see it or not is very disrespectful to me and also sounds a little queer to me. I am not God I am just a guy recovering from cancer and since I have an Indiana Pouch I felt I could be very beneficial here. Joe ???

Mike,

You might want to contact D61 on the forum. He is about 6 weeks out from making his decision on the alternatives available. He spent a lot of time researching the question of what to do and seems to be happy with his decision.
