ValMorin85 I am sorry to say, the standard of care for muscle invasive cancer is a cystectomy. I would use a URO that does many of these a year (25-35+) a year. I am not up to speed on normal protocol for squamous for chemo prior however, I do know radiation is usually not a good idea as many times it damages tissues needed in re-construction (per the 9 month old thread start). It may well be time also to have a 2nd opinion for peace of mind and extra help. Ask away as you have further questions.

DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.

Just diagnosed the same way - radical cystectomy appears to be the best answers. Best of luck.
