Hello
I am sorry to hear about the new development. I certainly hope that you are going to get the treatment you deserve. There are many here who have had this kind of diagnosis and are living full and active lives.
Please find a good support group and lean on them. They want to help. And pease lean on us to vent anytime. That's why we are here

Mary... I am so very sorry to read this. Hopefully some of our members who have gone through chemo can offer some suggestions to deal with the side effects you are experiencing. I'm glad you came here to vent... relieving your frustrations here saves more of your energy for feeling better.

I hope things improve as the week goes on.

Best wishes... Catherine

Well people, I found out last month that my non-invasive bladder cancer decided to invade. After 3 1/2 years, 15 BCG treatments, 6 mitomycin treatments I am now facing losing my bladder.
I have started chemo at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia. Had the first marathon session this past Monday. The rest of this week has been mostly just fatigue - with which I am well acquainted.
My major problem right now is constipation!! I called the onco nurse last Thursday and she told me to take Sennacot S thru Saturday day , and if no "go" start with Dulcolax. I've taken that one yesterday and today, and so far, no luck. Yuck, huh.
Just wanted to vent. Appreciate any and all comments on this latest development in the life of Mary!!
