If anyone we all know will stay on top of this it will be you, Mike! Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers that this was a fluke and a false positive.

Thanks. Doing lots better now. Feels back to normal except for some kidney pain.

Liz figured out it would be a good idea to check my cath bag in rhe middle of the night. Good thing. Was hardly anything in the bag. Apparently the swelling was making me hyper-continent while asleep. I got up a cathed and was majorly full.

Be nice if it made me night time continent but alas I doubt it.

My doc mentioned that FISH could be false positive or an anticipatory indicator. To me that just means it is there but not enough to diagnose via normal means. But we shall see. I'm not taking my eye off the ball on this. I would prefer to be the one with the head start and not letting rhe cancer have the head start.

Will post when I hear anything.

Procedure went well. Waiting on pathology. Nothing obvious. Some irritated looking area in the kidney that has been causing me some pain. Might be where the blood has been coming from. Ureters and urethra looked fine. Catheterizing tonight felt like he used a wire brush on my urethra though.

Perhaps a picture can describe the feeling.

Got some urostat and that seems to be helping a bit.

Thanks again for all the prayers, well wishes, and positive vibes!
