Zachary....i guess i don't fall into the "normal person" category....maybe stress has something to do with depletion of the vitamin. I respect as you know Dr. Stein...but literature i've read says the liver only keeps about a 3 yr. supply...being a normal person. My storage went down very quickly in 6 months.....but i'm female and we never do it the same way as males as we're usually not included in the studies.
Tim..have you been checked for hypoglycemia? Are you on any meds at this time?

Thanks for your input guys. Joe, the answer to that question is, im not sure. sometimes i think there may be a slight rash; pin-sized blistery things (usually around the bits that would normally accumulate sweat; chest, lower back etc) and at other times not. It's not a major issue for me but I'm just a believer in stopping things before they become one!

Tim you did mention when you get this feeling do you get a rash or is it just this warm feeling that you are speaking of. Joe

I asked Dr. Stein about the B12 situation, and he said the average person has about six years worth stored in their body, and that they routinely give B12 shots several years after surgery.
