Thanks for posting. I've been trying to keep an eye out to see how things went.
The chemo prior to the surgery is common. It depends on how deep they think it is. Early T2 is different from T2 that has gone a bit deeper so hitting it with chemo shows better results.
I never did get chemo before or after mine.
My doctor wasn't Dr. Wilson but he's another one of the top doctors there and she does many more RCs. I can assure you they work very closely as a team there. I've been going for about four years now and discussions with my doc also include him telling me what his colleagues think.
