Glad you are home Pat and on the mend. It is so scary to think what they don't know in the hospital. Even the docs, some of them, are so dumb you wonder where they got their degrees. Unfortunately not all of us are as educated as you are and it's a good thing you are. Hope you are feeling better real soon.

What a great picture you paint and I'm so glad you are back to share your story. Once again you also provide good information that many of us would have never thought about. I will be checking on the vitamin K I'm putting in my body.

What a great nurse you would be!!! Lets really go for it and how about medical school I'll be your first patient!!!

I had one night shift nurse for two evenings in her 50's somewhere and she was fabulous. It was such a relief to be able to talk to someone who was knowledgeable. I asked her how long she had been in nursing.....and to my surprize...3 yrs.! She had been in Publishing for 28 yrs prior and after the care she saw her husband get in the hospital she decided to change careers as they obviously needed some nurses who care and treat their patients with respect. Thats amazing. Maybe i'll do that too...the worlds oldest living nurse chewing out doctors who think their name is spelled Dr. God.
I really hate taking this rat poision but i have not many choices...but i'm looking!!
