A friend asked me a question and I have no idea so I'm posting here in the hopes that someone with knowledge and/or experience can answer.
He's four weeks out from surgery and still leaking from the penis. Goes through two or three depends a day. I was just guessing that it was fluid draining from the body and maybe it's a good thing for it to drain rather than having to reabsorb but I have no clue if that's just too darn much fluid for too long or what after an ileal conduit operation.
Is that amount of fluid for that length of time normal? How long before it's expected to stop? Any and all help and advice is appreciated.
