I created this thread under "Newly Diagnosed"
Now it is under "Invasive?" not quite what I had in mind.

Hi Jim -

Thanks for the new thread! I think I'm doing really good overall. At least the home health nurse that's been in says so. My digestive system has finally settled down and things are regular again  That really had been the only issue since surgery. A little less sore everyday, trying to walk a little farther everyday. Flushing the catheter has been no problem and I get very little mucos when I do. I drink a ton of water (and an occasional beer) so that's probably helping to keep things clear. No pain pills other than an occasional Tylenol for over a week now. Friday I go to UM for a cystogram and if that's good the cath comes out. Staples out on Friday too. Really looking forward to being "untethered" and starting to train the neo bladder.

Hope to see you Friday, thanks everyone for all the good thoughts, and good luck tomorrow Rick!
