Since they are waiting until December, 2 1/2 month from now, I would think that it is not that serious.
I have also had higher levels in my bloodtests, (some livervalues) and they took a CT-scan at the next checkup but nothing was wrong.
The only thing they accomplished was to scare me. The higher livervalues came from drinking beer the day before or some meds..
So this will work out fine, Betsy.
But you can get a Norwegian hug..

Hugs from Arizona. The unexpected can sure throw us for a loop. I hope the appointment turns out to be not very significant. Dick's urologist had radiology next door to his office so Dick would get the CT scan first and then see the Dr. after he received the report. Sure saved on some anxiety.
I'll be think of you one Wednesday. (((((Hugs))))) Julie
You'll find lots of hugs for you here, Anne! I have discovered some of my Drs. insist on having me come in for results for absolutely no reason - I hope that is how it is for you! It sure would save lots of angst if Drs. would understand how much anxiety they stir up setting appointments to tell you something they could have said on the phone!
