Pat, I have been thinking and praying for you, with the hope that the pain let's up and the doctor will have a rapid diagnosis and treatment. Since you watched over us all, the collective "spirit" of our prays will blanket you.

I can hardly believe you have this problem but know you will soon get to the bottom of it...Monday is almost here. Hopefully you can see Dr. Gill and we will pray the problem is easily remedied before too much more time passes. I'm with the gang here...you aren't without a support team. Please let us know what happens...you're in our thoughts and prayers, and if someone nearby can lend a hand, take the risk and call for help. As you know, at times, we all need a hand. Boy it sure feels like a partial blockage but its very low in the abdomen around the sigmoid colon...same place..doesn't vary..anything i drink starts it up. And i got so dehydrated from the stuff they make you drink to do the scan for diverticulosis...over 6000cc's over the past 2 days ...and then this morning after 8 hrs only 375cc's!! So i'm shakey and feel like someone kicked me in the abdomen. I have no pain killers but tylenol...yeah..like that works.
I would think adhesions or scar tissue would show up...but maybe not?
