Great news and wonderful progress, it does not seem that long ago that I was reading your posts about Harry's problems with chemo etc.
Good news like this, gives me great hope, as you know I have just started the chemo route. Let Harry know I will be thinking of him and send him my best wishes for the future. Don't forget to drop in from time to time and let us know how you are both doing.
Hi Ginger - Sorry to hear about your brother-in-law. We'll look forward to hearing from you regarding your visit to Tuscon, but will understand if family issues prevent you from traveling. Hopefully things will work out though. Margot and Harry
Glad to hear Harry is doing so well, the job helps I think to get them feeling more confident. For Gene it was nice as he also went 3 days a week for just 6 hours. Its great Margot, happy for you both. I will let you know what date we are arriving in Tucson. We have a brother-in-law in a medical situation, intensive care for 8 days now, sedated, pneumonia and a Mrsa infection, and other stuff, so I will let you know asap....take care....Ginger

I just thought I'd let everyone know that Harry is back to work today on a part- time basis. He had his last chemo treatment (Gemzar) on 2/19/08. The same day his brother arrived for a visit from chilly northern MN. We're in CA, so he definitely enjoyed our weather. We had a nice visit with him, and he flew home yesterday. Harry's work called him wanting to know if he could start his seasonal job in March instead of the usual April 1st date. (Harry's retired so this is summertime job he has with the local County Ag department) He agreed to start 3 days a week after his brother left as long as he could have time off at the end of the month for our already planned trip to AZ - no problem. So he'll be working 3 days a week for three weeks, have a week off and then start full time. He thinks he is ready for it and I know it will be good for him. He's promised me that he will take it easy...I just wanted to thank all for the support you've been over the past six months or so...we'll still stay in touch with the board as our time permits. Love and prayers, Margot and Harry
