I logged on to post the Keytruda (pembrolizumab) update, and found you got here first.
Exciting news for me and others with a long history of CIS who are not good candidates for a RadC.
I tried to enter the Keynote study at 3 different centers, but was excluded because of my other medical issues that make major surgery problematic/risky - the study people screened me out rach time.
I have already inquired about Keytruda availability, and expect some answers in mid February. Once again, back to waiting.
I believe that Keytruda is the MAB treatment that has been helping Lotech for the last year or so.
I will be posting one other MAB that received advanced approval in December - Padcev ( Enfortumab-vedotin) -another trial that rejected me, is now available for some who have not had success with other treatments.
None of this was available 5 years ago when my journey started. Great that more options are coming along. Thanks for posting.
Best
Jack
