Hi NJDoug,
My husband, Doug, had his left kidney removed in March, 2016 so he is in the elite 5% with you. The good news is that he is doing well!
Best wishes to you. I like your attitude.

Hey everyone,

Just writing to say hi. While I'm not thrilled to be a part of your club, you can't kick me out and I'm very glad you are here!

I'm recovering from my 2/12 nephrouterectomy, and while I'm hopeful that my surgeon got it all, after finding it in 3 lymph nodes, I'm gearing up for the next battle. Looking into clinical trials .

Reach out if:
  • You have any comments on my signature summary
  • You are a fellow upper-tracter...we are the elite 5%
  • You have any experience with Tecentriq or customized vaccines to share
  • Your liver rejected GemCis...that stuff sucks anyway
  • You need tech support or you want to develop a game (proof of cancer required...send samples to my lab)

41M
08/10/19 - Gross Hematuria
11/15/19 - ~1.7cm upper tract urothelial carcinoma (right renal pelvis)
12/13-1/10 - 2 (out of 4) rounds neoadjuvant GemCis chemotherapy abandoned due to elevated AST/ALT liver enzymes
2/12/20. - nephrouterectomy & biopsy confirm spread to 3 lymph nodes
