Probably very normal. It was like a scab released from the healing bladder. You should mention it to your doctor or call his nurse (often nurses are easier to get hold of!) But I doubt that it is something to worry about.

I had turbt surgery 6 days ago with a catheter inserted for 3 days! Just this morning was I was startled with a pop feeling and a bit of pain! Noticed leakage and quite a bit of blood. Subsided in about 5 to 10 minutes. Is this normal?
