Take a big breath. Even and that is a big if you have bladder cancer 3/4 are found while noninvasive and even if invasive most times it is treatable. Lose of appetite is probably from nerves, what you have told us does not equate to final stage. You are doing the right thing seeing a Urologist will help you get a handle on what is going on. Tomorrow probably will be a day for you and your doctors to plan tests in order to get a firm diagnosis. I often think that waiting for a diagnosis is the hardest part as anything is possible in your mind until you know for sure. Again take a big breath know what you are dealing with could be a lot of things bladder cancer is just one in the list. You will know more tomorrow. If you need us we are here if not please stop in and give us an update. I will be thinking of you tomorrow.

HI,
Im 41 years old, white, and mom of 4. I've smoked on and off since High school. (never when pregnant or Breast feeding) I have been suffering from UTI symptoms, burning with urination, sense of urgency, but never able to get a positive growth culture back. I've been treated with Antibiotics 4 times in 10 months, Antibiotics resolve the symptoms but it comes back after a month or 2. This all started in November 2017 and I am finally seeing a urologist tomorrow. Very nervous, since I have recently finished a round of Cipro and Microbid (Generic) but still have symptoms, but urine analysis shows no sign of infection. I also have a loss of appetite over the last couple months which got worse over the weekend. I can barely eat now. Is it Nerves or stress? Or final stages? I never thought Bladder cancer until I started googling my symptoms, but that has also made me a mess, I've been crying for a week straight. Advise on how to get the most out of my appointment tomorrow.?
