how long to have turbt done

Thank you...thst is whst I am thinking, but radiologist still wants to see me..this is anothet radiologist as I am having treatments done closer to home...and they are changing to new machine in early February. so I am going to have to go further from hpme for treatments

My personal choice would be to go ahead with the TURB, which is a relatively minor procedure, first so that I would know what I might be facing and could make a long-term plan of attack. Once you, and the docs, have all the facts in hand I would think you would better know how to go about this. (Please remember that we are giving our personal opinions on this Forum....we are not doctors!!

I was diagnosed with a rectal tumor in late November. Had an MRI done and something showed up on bladder. Had cystoscope fone on December 21 and a tumor was found along with another smaller tumor. My rectal. tumor is at stage 3 T3 N1. Should I proceed with chemo/radiation therapy before TURBT. Can't get a hold of my oncologist till after the New Year
