Personally I'd go to MD Anderson. They have some of the best ratings for bladder cancer than anywhere. If you look at San Antonio, a doctor Sviatek (spelling is probably off) at UTSA and has a good reputation also per a few friends that have had this done.

DX 5/6/2008 TAG3 papillary tumor .5 CM in size. 2 TURBS followed by 6 instillations of BCG weekly with a second round of 6 after a 6 week wait.

My husband (59) was diagnosed with muscle invasive bladder cancer and is going through chemotherapy. He will need a reconstruction surgery once he completes 6 cycles of chemo. We live in Austin and would like to seek a recommendation for a surgeon in Houston, Dallas or San Antonio (we don't think there is anyone with good experience in Austin).
