I would really recommend that you get a second opinion with another urologist...and NOT one at the same practice as the one you are seeing. It is possible that irritation from all the cathing is causing this, but it does need to be checked out.

BTW (Editorial Comment from me!) I hope that they are not still using the "seed" treatment that you got for prostate cancer. I know of several guys who have had this done and it has not worked out well for any of them.
