If..... and I hope it is a BIG if. RC is the nest step.
Healthy eating is the big plus.

I was never able to have a six pack in my life, but before my RC I did a lot of walking to get my heart rate and lungs up to the task.
I also did sit ups to help my core muscles get ready, but I wonder if that helped my recovery at all. but it made me feel as though I was doing something.

I wish you the best

George

My husband has a TURBT on 01-06-16 to check growth seen during the post BCG cystoscopy.

If RC is recommended, are there any suggestions for exercises to start now that might assist with recovery and possible diversion training?

The DX earlier this year was a kick in the pants to make healthier diet a priority. Alas, no six pack abs. Here's to starting 2016 New Year resolutions early.

Thanks for any feedback.
