That's what I have, according to the path report. All I know is non invasive high grade papillary urothelial carcinoma with no invasion into lamina propria or muscularis propria. I'm releaved by everything except the high grade which concerns me. Also, my tumor was growing out of a diverticulum which I've heard also presents complications. I got these path results through "investigative means" and haven't gone over them with my doctors yet. I have appointments this week for that. Anyone have any idea what I can expect in terms of next steps and treatment? My thoughts are that this diverticulum needs to come out, as I foresee it causing future problems. My age and risk factors don't suggest a likey cause of bf, but I think long-time stasis and stagnation of urine in the diverticulum could be a key reason. If anyone has any experience and or advice for situations and diagnosis similar to mine, I would be extremely grateful!
