Problems with health coverage

Anne, sometimes there are cancer organizations that can help you. Try your local cancer alliance they may be able to help with some of the expenses. Many doctors will help patients without insurance with the cost of visits. I wish I had a magic answer for you. I do not. I do wish you the best. Like Sara Ann I wish this hadn't happened to you.

This might be a new topic Sara Anne Well this might be a legal question. At work we a ha.d a deduction in work force and after seven years I was let go. Well I will not be able to go on with treatments or sny follow up because I have lost insurance coverage. I can go on with Cobra but that is $980 a month so how do I pay rent eat et c ? I'm getting a severance package but I had to sign that I wouldn't seek damages. I'm so depressed at my age it will be difficult to get a job. My husband is ill and out of work as well. If anyone has any idea on what I can do please let me know I feel like they put a nail in my coffin.
