Hello and welcome to the forum. I am happy to hear that the diagnosis came back with a good report.

I had the wash after my TURBT as well (that is pretty much standard these days) but no reaction to it at all. Everyone's body is different as to what upsets it. Glad you are on the mend. Some of your off and on pain now could just be from the irritation caused by the scraping.

I hope things are smooth sailing from here and let us know how your future check ups go. We are great cheerleaders!
:cheer:

Best wishes... Catherine

Diagnosed 3 months ago first Turbt Superficial TA. Had the MC wash after surgery. Three weeks later felt great then wham! Pain week 5
.
Went to Urologist, had scope to only find very inflamed bladder with large legion on opposite side of tumor
Removal. Had to have another Turbt to biopsy legion, doc scraped off legion and biopsy as he had never seen anything like this before and wanted to make sure was benign. 42 yrs of exp! Thankfully was benign and believes it was inflammation and allergic reaction to the MC wash.

Now three weeks have pain off and on but healing. Did three miles walking on the track so guess I did too much too soon.

Anyone have similar reaction to the Mitomycin C?
