First Instillation of BCG

I'm ready for anything that comes my way, my bladder has been so bad the past year that I get severe pain when golfing or sitting for long periods of time. The urologist doesn't seem to think the pain I get in the urethra from these activities is from the bladder cancer. I think it is, I think that my bladder is so red and angry that the pelvic floor is pushing against my very sensative bladder and causing the extreme pain.

Hopefully I am correct and don't have a prudendal nerve issue on top of CIS

I was diognosed with CIS on 2/18 and had a biospsy to confirm on 2/24. Today was my first instillation of BCG, very non eventful. I knew what to expect after having already had a cystoscopy. It was a bit uncomfortable but not painful in a way I couldn't handle for such a short period.

I was able to hold on for 1 hour and 40 minutes before voiding, no pain in urination but there is some frequesncy and urgency. For me that is normal as my bladder over the last year or so only holds 4 oz's. max.

No side affects to report, second instillation will be next Tuesday.
