Hello All
Week 5 of BCG completed monday. Yee Haw only one left. Side effects still not unbearable. Tuesdays are still the worst feeling day but tylonol helps make it thru the work day. I hope this helps people getting ready to start, the side effect to me are very bearable, fatigue pisses me off the most. I am still very active and is putting a damper on my golf game.
Hope everyone is doing ok.
Don't miss your appointment it will come back to haunt you!!!

Bert,

Ask your doctor about some diazepam (Valium). They it comes in various doses and it is for anxiety. Be sure to tell him/her whatever other medications and/or supplements you are on.

Mark's note on benadryl is also a possibility but ask your doctor as well. If you have BHP (enlarged prostate) you SHOULD NOT take antihistamines of any kind as it can make you not be able to urinate. Trust me, that is not a good thing. Back when I had a prostate I had that problem. It can be dangerous.

He's doing great. But had to take five different flights and spent 20 hours traveling. You know (The Army Way).

I get the edgy feeling at night and my doctor told me to use one Benadryl tablet. It really works well for me. I don't understand how a antihistamine can do that, but I sleep all night most nights. You might want to ask about that.
