Actually my surgeon recommended a uro in my hometown to follow up with me. This uro very good but very new to diversions and he agreed to do just that. The social worker at my hospital arranged for a home health nurse. They are very adept at doing that.
These guys all know each other.

We are meeting with surgeons in our home state and the next state over to determine where the neobladder surgery should be done. If anyone has had the neobladder surgery in other than their home state, we would like to know about how you handled issues/complications that arose once you got home that required a doctor's attention and whether the other state's hospital arranged for visiting nurses in the home state.
