Bert....current opinion is a second TURB from 2 to 6 weeks after the first TURB. You did have your tumor removed under anesthesia right? You should have a pathology report to tell you grade and stage. You may ask the hospital for that...just call ahead and tell them you're picking it up.
where are you located?
Really important to get a second opinion and maybe that second TURB from a major cancer or University center that deals with lots of bladder cancer. We can help with that.

I had a scope after seeing blood in my urine, he found what he initially called a polyp, 2weeks later he removed it with another scope. Was told it was a malignant tumor. Now i have to go back on the 22nd "to see if he got it all" Is this common to have another scope 1 month after removing the tumor?
