How soon for BCG after 2nd TURBT?

Sorry. I forgot to mention how long that is. Depends on your doctor but it ranges from 2 weeks after the TURBT to start up to about 4 or 5 weeks. Mine was scheduled for 2 weeks after my TURBT but was delayed by a week because I still had blood in my urine.

Thank you, Mike! I figured that might be the case, and now I'm hoping that's the case, because I just said yes to a consulting job which I really, really want to do.

Your next step in the "steps to be, cancer free" is the second TURBT. Hopefully, you will have clear margins and that will be the end of cancer.
Right now the pathology results will determine where you are headed. If the next TURBT does not show clear margins you will make some decisions on the next step to be cancer free.
BCG treatments will start when your Urologist feels your bladder is ready, and you are too.
Maybe done immediatly, or after your bladder has a chance to heal from the surgery.

My favorite way to eat tomatoes is Ice Cold with a little Miracle whip dip.... Any Large, Ripe, Red, Tasty, Fresh Tomato will do. Especially if they come in a paper bag from my neighbor"s garden. Yum

That's why we're here. Although heirloom tomatoes are great and beefsteak tomatoes are my favorite.

They wait for the bladder to heal after the TURBT. They don't want the BCG getting into the bloodstream. They will test your urine for blood prior to giving you the BCG treatments.
