My son-in-law in his early 20's got testicular cancer. He did do some banking. He had chemotherapy and one testicle removed. They were married for about 4 years and decided to try. My daughter got pregnant almost immediately. She unfortunately miscarried and a few months later got pregnant again and I have a healthy grandson, so apparently it was not a fluke. Of course they still have waht was banked, should they need it.

I hope this helps

Ta 2-3 path report, resected 6-2-09. I am in discussions with doc about the use of BCG, Mito C, Thiotepa, etc. I am newly engaged and hoping to start our family sooner than later. I do not mind the treatments and know they are a must, but.... I need to know the affects on fertility, and if anyone out there has a success stort or anything of the sort. We have already made precautionary deposits at the "bank" just in case. I would be just happy to hear of another guy out there who has continued on to father children after receiving treatments.

Thanks!
Eric
