Path report does not show any letter grading...

Here it is as written....

Speciman Source:
A) Bladder biopsy
B) Prostatic urethra biopsy

Clinical Information:
Abnormal urine cytology

Diagnosis:

A. Bladder Biopsy:
1. Urothelial ductal carcinoma in situ
2. No invasive carcinoma identified. see comment
3. Deep smooth muscle (muscularis propria) present, free of neoplasm.


B. Prostatic Urethra, Biopsy:
1. Benign urothelial lined mucosa.
2. No neoplasm identified.

Comment:
Scattered mildly atypcial stromal cells of no known significance are present in the subepithelial stroma. No carcinoma cells are identified in the stoma.

Urothelial ductal carcinoma in situ; this being the only thing in this report that says I have cancer, I Googled it. and it comes up as Breast cancer.
;D so please tell me they made a mistake, and this has all been a bad dream. ;D

DX: TIS (CIS): Carcinoma in situ (non-invasive flat high-grade (G3) cancer)
