NMP22 test results

Well the sensitivity of the test seems to be most accurate the further the blc is advanced so perhaps your test means a low grade?...guessing here....but i think the next step would be screening by a urologist and a cystoscopy.

Just finished my dept. physical and was advised that my bladder cancer screening came back positive, although "very faint". The testing means was a urine test utilizing the NMP22 method/device.

"Very Faint" this like "a little pregnant?"

Planning on seeing family physician to plan the course of action (good ole managed health care) and to get more info and figure out what is the next step.

What should be anticipated next?
