The interaction between kidney cancer and bladder cancer (in my case) was of concern to my urologist due to teh variety of treatments tried. I was referred to a nephrologist for an opinion. The nephrologist asked lots of questions to determine if there were any effects on urine flow through the kidneys during BCG treatments.

You might ask your urologist if there is any concern in your husband's situation that would warrant a consult. Only our doctors know enough about each of our individual conditions to make the evaluation.

My husband ha BCG treatments that ended in Novmber 2018 . Can BCG treatments effect the kidneys? He has had stage 3 kidney disease for many years , I started to worry if the BCG could make it worse.
Another question he has tried 3 diff meds for incontanence . Non really stopped it but did dry out his throat and mouth. So bad he has had to stop taking them. Anyone have any luck with incontince meds?
