I know you've hooked up with a woman in Washington who doesn't live near you but near the hospital 2+ hours away. Maybe if you mention the county you live in someone reading this might be in the area and respond.

Good luck with finding someone close to you for support. It's tough enough to be going through chemo and surgery but to be in a new place without friends and neighbors around would make that so much tougher.

Am new to this bladder cancer situation. I live in a very small town in WA and there isn't anyone that I can ask questions of. I do have an assigned nurse @ the hospital (2 hours away) for emergencies, but would like to be able to communicate by phone w/someone who has the real experience - not medical issues per se, just questions in general.
