My husband had his 6th TURBT yesterday -- he's had 2-1/2 rounds of BCG (which are apparently not working) and now Dr. is opting for Mitomycin (a form of chemo?) installations -- My concern tonight is that after yesterday's procedure & installation, he is still having severe bladder cramping after peeing. He had some discomfort after previous TURBT procedures, but nothing like the pain since yesterday's procedure. Is this a common reaction after such an installation? Dr. is recommending at least 3 more chemo installations and we are dreading it--- Thank you for any insight ...
