The American Bladder Cancer Society was founded by caregivers and survivors that believe:
No one should ever feel alone when diagnosed with bladder cancer
That people are dying needlessly every year because they were ignorant of bladder cancer’s symptoms
That knowledge is power when battling bladder cancer
That only when enough voices speak in a unified voice will this major little known cancer receive the attention and resources it deserves
Our informational portal and online community of almost 4,000 registered users is there 24/7 365 for those in need. This year the ABLCS was there for tens of thousands of bladder cancer survivors and the people that care about them and every year that number goes up. We offer support not only for those newly diagnosed but for long term survivors as well free of charge for all.
With your help the ABLCS can:
Continue offering support and valid non commercial information to the newly diagnosed
Continue existing and develop new support programs
Develop a nationwide program to educate the general public about the bladder cancers symptoms
Give a unified voice to bladder cancer
