      Thanks Mike. My 95 year old Mom subscribes to the “don’t worry” thinking but I have difficulty controlling it. I find it very helpful to worry about someone elses health problems instead of my own.

      It has already been a year since I became a non-smoker. I never thought it could happen quite frankly but I can tell you there is a HUGE difference between being a non-smoker and being a smoker trying not to smoke. Did the patches, the cold turkey, the chantix, the gum, the hypnosis, etc....
